I've had a number of people ask me to make a video of a meal in the Instant Pot , so here it is!!! Chili Lime Chicken - Shredded and great for Tacos or those summer salads! This is a GREAT recipe for a new/newer/still slightly intimidated instant pot user (I know they can be intimidating, mine sat in the box for 6 months until a friend came over and showed me how to use it by bringing hers and cooking with me!). The video is about 6 minutes long, but I hope it provides some use to the VISUAL LEARNERS out there.
